Premium service purchasing on the website

After paying for the first period of using the Premium service, the subscription is activated on the same day. The payment for the next period will be debited automatically from your account used for the first payment for a period of 72 to 24 hours prior to the expiration of the period previously paid, at a cost equal to the cost of the tariff selected at the first payment. You can choose the payment option by month or by year when subscribing on the website.

Premium service purchasing in RuStore

The payment will be made with your RuStore account after confirmation of purchase. Subscription will be renewed automatically unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period. The payment will be charged monthly or annually depending on chosen payment period. The account will be charged for subscription renewal 24 hours before the current period ends, at a cost equal to the cost of the plan chosen at the first payment.

Premium service purchasing in Google Play

The payment will be made with your Google Play account after confirmation of purchase. Cancellation of a Subscription and Refund

You may cancel the renewal of subscription at any time. In this case the Premium service will be active until the end of your paid billing period and the next payment will not be charged automatically. If there will be insufficient funds in your account on the day of the next charge for the subscription or the subscription will be canceled, the features of the Premium service will be deactivated and the functions of the free version will remain available for usage in the application.

Within 30 days of paying for the Premium service on a monthly or yearly subscription, you can get a refund by contacting our technical support team. To refund when purchasing through the AppStore, you will need to contact Apple support team directly.
